Refund policy

Because all products are custom-made upon order, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Printing defects
✔ Wrong design received
✔ Wrong phone model sent due to our error
Warranty Period: 14 days against manufacturing defects.
Issue Reporting Timeframe: Within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To report an issue, the customer must:

Attach clear photos showing the issue

Closed on Fridays.
Requests submitted without photo proof may be rejected.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
✖ Change of mind
✖ Incorrect phone model selected by the customer
✖ Incorrect details submitted by the customer
✖ Refusal of order upon delivery without valid reason
✖ Damage caused by misuse after delivery
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before completing the purchase.
